If you have any issues with our products, please get in touch with us using our contact form or email us at info@kimerakoffee.com for a full refund on your purchase - no questions asked! Include your order number, and we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 1-2 business days. 

If you have been awarded a refund but have not received your credit in your credit card or bank yet, please contact us so we can be of further assistance. Keep in mind that you may need to get your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
